One Aloe user's encounter with Aloe Vera and the health benefits.

Many of us have heard of aloe Vera, but do we know of its amazing healing properties? Thousands of years ago – in fact, the earliest references to it were discovered with an Egyptian mummy dating back to 1550 BC; also, Alexander the Great used aloe Vera to restore the health of his troops and Cleopatra relied on it to help preserve her legendary beauty – aloe vera was being used as a natural health and beauty product, but it’s not been until relatively recent times that we have ‘rediscovered’ this wonderful plant commercially.
